Everytime I come to this location there's a older lady that might work there she's maybe a Supervisor but everytime I go in there her attitude is Terrible. I visited the store today and sething was wrong at the boottle return so I go up to the customer service desk I asked for help at the bottle machine then the rude lady says I'm getting tired of them bottles. Why is she getting tired of the bottles and your not the one fixing the machine!! Every time I go to that store a d she's there I Always hear negatively coming out her mouth!! Need to get new management!!
I tried calling this location to find out if they had a certain product, the first person I spoke to was in the bakery department and was very rude when she found out that I wanted something that was grocery. I was transfered to another department where the man I spoke to was so abrupt he didn't even have time to listen to me ask for another number, I wanted to find out if they carried yeast cakes for baking. I was then transfered to yet another number where NO ONE answered. Very rude and unprofessional if they didn't have the item all they had to do was say so instead of the run around and not answering.
