I just purchased a Suzuki king quad 750 this Saturday from bright powers ports and was definitely a great experience my salesman Ryan was fantastic these are great people and great bikes easy to deal with and if you have a long 3 and a half hour drive like me and ask to be in and out so you can get back to ride they do it in and out in about ten minutes just like I wanted would recommend anyone looking for an atv this is the place definitely look forward to deal with you guys again

I purchased two bikes from Bright in the last four months. 1. EX 650 Ninja. 2. ZX 1400 R. Purchase of both went very smoothly with no pressure to buy. Chase, the sales manager was very helpful as was Jeremy, the Parts Manager, in helping set up the bikes to my liking. If they make you a promise-THEY WILL FOLLOW THROUGH! Service is fast and efficient. If you walk in there with decent credit and proof of income- you will ride out on the bike you want. Highly recommended!

Ride by this place, don't believe the new owners have made this place better. Worst (and most expensive) motoring experience in my life. Bought a Yamaha bike here and it took 4 tries just to get the paperwork right. Bike was sold to me without everything operational. It took the service department 2 years to resolve the many issues I had with the bike. They continued to pin blame on the many electrical issues on aftermarket accessories even though the problems were all present before the aftermarket accessories were professionally installed. Bike was returned to me from their service dept. once with a dead battery and another time with the seat not bolted down. The Yamaha Venture touring bike from Bright Powersports cost me over $8000.00 to ride a measly 1800 miles in Two years because it was always in service.

I really regret doing business with this place. Horrible customer service. Everyone there has a major attitude problem, they never call back when they say they will. I could go on and on. Save yourself some trouble and go somewhere else.

Bright has the largest & best used bike selection around and Ryan, my salesman was great to work with. He is so knowledgeable and really helped me buy my first bike... a Orange Suzuki M109R! I would recommend Bright Power Sports to all my friends

I haven't bought a darn thing...YET! but the guys (Ryan in Parts Dept behind the counter) went above and beyond the Call of Duty looking for a rare piston I needed. I need alot of parts and I plan on driving an hour from Canada with my tiny CAN.$ and Toll and Gas$ all because of great Customer Service and Great Deals. Thanks, ahead of time. See ya soon

First time at Bright and it was worth the drive (1 hour). Picked up a sweet Yam XV1700. I've dealt with Ryan before and as expected it was another great experience

I looked for months for the best deal on a Stratoliner Deluxe. Bright Powersports had the best price over any other place in Michigan. I live 180 miles from Bright Powersports so everything was done by phone before even going there. The sales personel had everything ready for me when I got there. The staff at Bright Powersports were excellent and made my transaction very easy. They even called the following week to see how I was liking my bike. Thanks again to Bright Powersports and staff for all you have done for me. I highly recommend your facility to all my friends.

The people at Bright Powersports are top Notch, especially Eric. Eric worked with us from start to finish on every detail of the purchase of my 2011 Royal Star Venture. The entire transaction was such a delight. The communication was outstanding and all questions were answered and Eric was just top notch with his knowledge of motorcycles, finance, and accessories. There are very few gems in this tough world and Eric and the staff at Bright powersports proved they are in that elite category.

My salesman was Ryan Gall and he was both friendly and knowledgable regarding the different brands and displacements on bikes. Financing was done on the spot. No waiting for approval! Dealership had a wide variety of makes and models to choose from.

Trevor was VERY patient. knew about the bikes and quoted me prices VERY quick. He was great and so was the store. Come here and look. You wont be disappointed.
