When I moved to Lincoln 5 years back, I called this place and visited Women's clinic for the first time. I specifically asked I am looking for a primary care physician(PCP) and if this place deals with only OB/Gynecology problems... then I was accepted as their new patients with Dr. MALY as my primary care physician. I visited this place for last 4 years (though mostly nurses checked me) for yearly physical routine check up.(No OB-Gyno problem). Since last 2 days my back is paining and after pain was unbearable I called the clinic to see Dr Mally. The receptionist told me nurse will call me back.. ...I got a call back from nurse who was very rude and told me that Dr Maly will not see me because my back is paining( Nurse doesn't know why ???) and it's not Dr. Maly's job to deal with back pain issues of patients then she asked to call my primary care physician (who I assume was Dr. Maly for last 4 years- I have paid him huge amount of money through insurance/copay to be my PCP).

. I don't know what is the job of a doctor! Dr Maly, I hope you will be able to keep that clinic open with such unprofessional staff.

Rachel Blake is impolite, rude, blunt, and worst of all insulting. She's easily irritated and moody and I believe her business practices are unethical. Nurse was forgetful/negligent. Waiting room is cold, staff seems aloof and without eye contact: however, the wait time was reasonable, about 15 minutes. I was given the run around by their Business Dept or completely avoided by not returning my calls, both displaying unfriendly and unhelpful attitudes. I was a new patient in town with hopes of beginning a relationship with a new doctor and this ranks as one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I absolutely do not recommend Rachel Blake as a physician.

I love Dr. Rachel Blake and have been going to her for years! I do not see how anyone would find a problem with her or the staff. Everyone has been very professional and pleasant, particularly Dr. Blake.

I've gone to the Womens Clinic and their associated Family Care for years and NEVER experienced anything like those experiences submitted in the bad reviews above. Staff is nothing but kind and concerned and of all my appointments I've never had extensive waits and indeed it is usually faster than any other doctors I've been to. I'm really astonished to read the above reviews in fact. I know at least two others who use this clinic who are as happy as I am. That's where I got the referral from. I couldn't be happier with the service and care I receive.

All 3 of my children were delivered by Dr's Swanson & Maly. I have never had a bad experience with any person in that office. Yes, sometimes the wait time gets a little long, but they are so popular with everyone, I would expect it! Besides, when it was time for me to deliver, they weren't rushing me to get back to the office! I have since moved from Lincoln, but I have yet to find a doctor (and nurses) who gave me half the time and motivation to find answers, as this office did. I have so much love for all of these people. I have had 3 healthy pregnancies, resulting in 3 wonderful, healthy children. I have Dr. Swanson & Dr. Maly to thank for that!

I have been a patient of the W...

I have been a patient of the Women's Clinic since I moved to Lincoln in 2006. I have always had my annual exams done here and have always had a pleasant experience. My office wait time was never longer than normal and was treated kindly and the exams were always thorough.

I am now expecting my first child and have been very pleased with my experience with the Women's Clinic so far with my prenatal care. My doctor is Dr. Swanson and my husband and I are VERY happy with him. He is down to earth and very easy to talk to about questions or concerns....plus, he has a great sense of humor and isn't like some other doctors who have no personality at all. He always knows what he is talking about and has many years of experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great doctor during their pregnancy. I am also very pleased with all the nursing staff....everyone has been very friendly and all take the time to sit down and discuss any questions I have. At our 22 week ultrasound, the technician spent lots of time showing us the baby and printed out tons of photos for us....my husband and I were very pleased with the experience.

I live out of the Lincoln area and my pregnancies have been high risk since the still birth of one of children which I did not go to the womens clinicat that time. I started going to the womens clinic after I had the still birth at 35 wks. and two miscarriage. They did tests to rule out possible factors that may cause still birth and miscarriage that I had 2 miscarriages and the still birth. They were very pleasant and let me explain my past and they explained what tests and procedures that they were going to do. Which is more than my last Dr. wanted to do. He just told me that I could have a normal pregnancy and left it at that. I went through infertility treatment with the Womens Clinic and that staff are great and I also went through the OB services and it was also great. My last pregnancy was very high risk and he was born at 30 wks. They watched my pregnancy from the first day of my missed period to the end very closely with lab work to ultra sounds. I couldn't be more impressed. They did all they could to get me as far as I got. I only wish I would have known about and went to The Womens Clinic before I did. And that is my only regret.
