TruGreen Lawn Care

I've been pleased with the service thus far- particular the contact from customer service representatives, and a few phone calls from servicers at my home. On one particular occasion, I was pleased to get a very informative and honest phone all about the state of my lawn and it's need for more frequent treatments. I think I would have liked to learn more about what I should be expecting over the months, as my lawn still continues to struggle staying green and has had weeds off-and-on over the past 3-4 months. Not knowing what to look for or expect, it would be more helpful for me to have someone stop by and look at the lawn (maybe once per 2 weeks, etc.) and confirm or address any issues or things I should be expecting, changing- especially due to the stubborn lawn we have at our home.

I like the value of their servces. Reps are all nice and respectul. They always report what they do on each treatment and listen to any concerns I have.

Timely, professional, quick and clean. I appreciate the phone calls that prepare us for their arrival. I love the way my lawn looks, too!

Great people to work with. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They go the extra mile with reminders about your upcoming appointment, a knock on the door to see if you have any questions for them, and a smile and wave as they head down the road. Our yard even won 'Yard of the Month'. What a great company!!

Not having to worry about applying product at the right time or correct amount saves me money and time. TruGreen shows up when the time is right, no need for me to be home when they do, and applies product. If there are any issues with weed control they will come out and re-apply. I recommend TruGreen to everyone I know who wants a spectacular lawn.

If I am home the representative explains what he's going to do and when he's through He asks if I have any questions . I get a phone call Ahead of time telling me when to expect the treatment

Their customer service and follow through about what the say they are going to do and promise are remarkable.

Right now, im happy. I have had two applications on my yard. I have dandelions on two sides of my house.For now I'll give them only 4stars of rating

Phone call reminding you of your coming appt. with the lawn/tree/shrub technician. Also a friendly, informative person comes to the door to tell you what they will be performing that day. Great healhy lawn since I've had TruGreen!!

TruGreen calls before they come. They treat several times in the spring, summer and fall. If you have an issue, they will return to take care of it. Several in our area use TruGreen.

Great company to work with. They do a great job of keeping my lawn looking good. Even won 'yard of the month'.

Professional, friendly and more than willing to answer all my questions. Blake made it clear how much pride he takes in his work, and told me that he viewed my yard as his yard too. TRUGREEN is more like a part of the family than a business.

The service men are very friendly, will answer your questions, and take pride in their work to help you have the most beautiful lawn in the neighborhood.

When I am home the person who is assigned to my home service is usually professional and attentive.

The service is great! I get a call the day before to remind me of the tech's visit. Tech always ring the bell and informs of what work will be done that day. He also asks if I have any questions or concerns. Lawn service, aeration service and tree/shrub service is the best. Our lawn has never looked better since TruGreen started.

The tree guy(Mike Eixon) is very friendly and has done a very good job with our tree's. If there is a problem he talks to us to explain what can be done to help the tree(s) out. The lawn person (Raymond Woods)is very friendly and has done a very good job with our lawn. I can't begin to tell you how wonderful trugreen is!! It's such a relief to have fertilizing done for me (and with way better results). Thanks for checking lawn care off my list. :)
