I had previously bought a brand new KIA Sedona a few years ago and recently got in a car accident and unfortunately totalled my car. I texted Tom, who helped me buy my Sedona, and told him what happened and that I would be in need of a new / used car. I told him exactly what I was looking for and with in hours he had several options for me to look at. I decided on a used Kia sorento and was given a very fair price. The paper work was done quickly and efficiently. Tom also took the time to show us how to use many of the gadgets, etc... also filled tank with gas. The car was detailed beautifully and looked like new, and he was able to do that with a four hour notice. Tom is very polite, honest and frank and he really knows his cars. I know he would not let me buy a car if he didn't feel it was in excellent condition. Tom also is very low pressure. My experience with Tom compared to my very first car buying experience at a different dealership was like night and day. Tom will be our dealer as long as he keeps dealing. I would highly recommend him to anyone, including family and friends.
I was so impressed with the overall experience when I went to Dillon's Auto to trade in my vehicle. The salesman Ty Willcoxon was able to find me the perfect vehicle, regardless of my credit they made the whole buying experience easy and hassle free. I was able to trade my vehicle in for a great price and find the perfect new vehicle for an equally great price. They really stepped up and took care of me during the entire process. I have recommended Dillon's Auto and Ty to all my friends/family. If I ever purchase another vehicle it will be from Dillon's Auto without a doubt! I have never had such an awesome buying experience anywhere- I have no doubt these guys will be able to assist anyone and everyone with getting into a newer vehicle regardless of their credit, as they did for me. 5 stars, 2 thumbs up and all of that- these guys are the best!! They truly care about their customers and treated me like family from start to finish, overall an excellent experience!
The wife is now on her second Kia Sorento, and honestly can't see her driving anything else in the near future. The quality in the vehicles we have got from there is second to none and you throw in the reasonable price for their stock, I have no idea why everyone doesn't rive one. The salesperson we dealt with, was Billy Keck. Like most car shoppers, there is always that uneasiness felling when being approached by a cars salesman, but that was never the case with Billy. He treated us like he was selling a vehicle t his family. Even though they weren't involved in the sale directly, the entire sales staff there was very pleasant and treated us like their own customer. You could tell there was a great sense of "team" there and I don't see us going anywhere else but Kia of Lincoln for our next automobile and would recommend in a heartbeat for anyone else to stop in and see them.
