Snack City

This afternoon I had the most uncomfortable situation that a customer can have at Snack City at Lincoln City. Oregon. One of the employees was helping us and had answered our question, then another person claiming to be the own by the name of Lylie butted in to the conversation and didn't allow her employee to finish. I highly doubt that this Person name Lylie is the owner and if she is she defiantly needs to learn customers service, because her employees sure don't need her training. If I had to grade Lylie's customer service from 1 to 5 five being great I would have to give her a -5 and recommend that she take some service class's.

this was my last time busting this establishment since this is my second encounter with service issues. The last one was a year ago and they had a guy working behind the counter who was running a fever and sneezing up and around the ice cream and cones.
