Great experiences here. I went in in Feb and decided to try an Android phone. It wasn't the right phone for me and I was able to return it and easily exchange for a different phone. I purchased unlimited glass screen protectors and just took the phone in for the first time to replace a cracked screen protector. I was in and out in 10 minutes.
