This is a one star auto garage all the way. If you have pride in your vehicle, go somewhere else. I am new to Lima and decided to try this place out. It was the most rude service I've ever received and the entire situation was sketchy. If they treat their customers like dirt, how do you think they're gonna treat your car?? The prices are low, and you typically get what you pay for...enough said about that. Seriously consider going somewhere else.
very friendly straight forward people.got cheated by us muffler and brake they fixed their mess and did it for a third of their price.
Just had the brakes worked on. They did not put my four wheel drive hubs back on correctly, left parts off of one side of the caliber, never released the parking brake for the rear brakes (step one for changing any brakes), charged for lube they never put on and claimed did not exist, and the results of this job left hotspots on my new pads. Had to take to QuickStop on findley rd. to fix. After the other shop took pictures of the problems Rainbow Muffler created, I took the evidence back to them. They still said they did the job right even with pictures. Very bad experience had to spend over a thousand dollars to fix the problems they only would reimberse me for a few hundred dollars and refused to have another shop do the work. Rainbow Muffler would not fix their mistake until I contacted a lawyer. Never would go there again I could have did the job and I am not a mechanic. They specifically told me one of their employeers always cause problems and has mistakes. Seemed like only one person there knew what they were doing as they had to help the others with every car, while I was sitting there watching. Some it up a bunch of backyard mechanics not worth the money. Another thing while I was there a lady had trouble with her brakes after a month of getting them done there and the owner told a customer that their muffler jobs are only good for three years, cause they rust through or fall apart.
