THIEVES & LIARS

I talked to Kohn's Loan Co. via telephone about purchasing an engine hoist; we agreed on a price, I discussed with the company that I would be unable to, myself, travel to make the purchase. Instead I would be sending an employee. I asked, if I had any concerns or issues with the hoist could it be returned? I was told YES!

My employee drove to Lima and purchased the hoist. She again questioned the return policy: we could return the hoist anytime within the next 30 days(with receipt). I called Kohn's within a couple days of the purchase date and informed them of an issue with one of the casters, also informed them I would be returning it-once again discussing the 30 day return policy. I was informed that this would be fine.

Within 15 days, my employee attempted to return the hoist. She was then informed that they would not honor their word, they would not allow the return.
