        bathroom remodel

        after 4 1/2 months these guys walked off the job leaving it unfinished, with a gaping hole into the garage, among other things. This was supposed to be a simple remodel. We were flipping the position of the shower and commode and reusing the sinks, countertops, jacuzzi tub, and commode. I also purchased a glass block wall. (which leans like the tower of Pisa) He sued me for $26,000.00. His final invoice include items he would have used, if he had finished the job, charges for work that I did and labor for 4 men @ 40 hours when there was no evidence that any work had been done. Various items were either stolen or damaged in my home( including a large sum of cash) He has his money because it was cheaper to pay him then have a jury trial
