I have been a patient of yours for 2 yrs since I moved here and I really am disappointed . I do not get my prescription s on time I can't just go to a drug store when I don't receive them I am on a fixed income. The last time I paid for my zoloft twice because you or your employees can't get it right. It's not appropriate for this to happen all the time, I was in there end of Aug I called the va you did not send them again now I'm out of all my meds again an it will b 3 weeks again when an if you get them sent in I just don't understand! !!!!!!!! You are not the one that goes through the withdrawal when. I don't take my medicine it's awful so I just wanted to tell you this and THANK YOU very much ! NOT!

Refills not filled in a timely manner which resulted in many phone calls to the office and unnecessary pain and suffering. Patient not satisfied.
