        We own 50 houses and gave these guys four. Very difficult to work with. Their maintenance costs were sky high and they had terrible relations with the tenants. No kidding, they put someone in one of our houses that had been evicted seven times. Would never use them agian. Check out yelp they have five reviews with an average of one star.

        This company has been managing my rental property for almost five years. They have provided excellent service by handling maintenance issues, vetting prospective renters, and all other issues related to the property rental. They collect and forward rent in a timely manner. I would recommend them highly.

        This company has been managing the rental of a house we own for almost two years. They have provided excellent service by handling all the details of advertising, vetting prospective renters, and all issues once the property was rented. They collect the rent and forward to us what we are due in a timely manner. We recommend them highly.

        I decided to go with them because they seemed very professional. They listed my property and found me a tenant in less than a month. They kept in communication with me and even saved me some money on repairs. I imagine I'll be with them for quite a while.
