Barbara Spence was a delight to work with. We wanted a marker for my mother to be a much like my father's marker, which has been in place since 1949. Barbara gave us rubbing paper and instructions and came incredibly close to matching my father's marker. They are very reasonable - I was pleasantly surprised - and helpful. The men who set the stone were very professional and thorough and concerned that we were satisfied. Everything about this sad task was as positive as it could possibly be.
