Lihue Dental - Dr. Terry Allen DDS

If I could only review one business, I would recommend Lihue Dental.

They define customer service and quality dentistry. if you have an emergency they are there for you and if you need an island dentist they are there for you. Simply put, they are there for you and do a great job. Mahalo! Holden's Family

Dr. Allen's been my dentist since the first wiggly tooth all the way to the surgical removal of my badly impacted wisdom teeth. I've got A LOT to say about how amazing he is but I'll trim it down to just a few big ones.



Personality: The first thing you should know is that he's incredibly kind and jovial. He greets you with a smile every time. He has that kind of confidence everyone craves in a doctor, the one that tells you, "no worries, I know exactly what I'm doing and there's nothing to worry about."



Dental Work: All my dental work has been top notch. I've never had an issue that needed readjusting. I've gone in, got it done, it was fixed, and I never thought about it again.



Business: While he owned Kalaheo Dental Group, he had almost zero staff turn-over in 15 years of business. In my experience this is unheard of. How? He built a team of mutual respect, paid his employees well, cared about their well being and their families well being. It was great to see the same faces again and again.



It's a good thing Lihue Dental opened up. We'll be so lucky to have him serving Kauai with aloha again.

Luv luv this office. The doctor fully explains treatment and why it's so important to save your teeth! Your dental health is so connected to your overall health… the little camera takes photos of your teeth in seconds and, well, a picture is worth a thousand words - you can really see the status of your gums and teeth. His front office staff will help explain what your insurance benefits will cover and what it won't - you will come to realize that insurance companies will not cover 100% cover for the highest standard of care for treatment.
