I bought a diamond necklace for valentines day in mid January. As valentines day approached I still hadn't received the diamond so I started emailing them. However, my emails weren't returned. After valentines day, I received a package with a diamond necklace with clarity much worse than what I had purchased. I emailed customer service who said that they would do an exchange a new necklace with the specifications I ordered and throw in a free appraisal. I returned the necklace, only to have a email with sent to me saying my purchase would not be honored. I then phoned them, spoke with a customer representative who said a manager would phone me in the next few hours. I waited almost a month and no one contacted me. I phoned again to complain a month later, and spoke to a manager. The manager was unsympathetic that got frustrated that I insisted I wanted to receive the necklace I ordered for the price I purchased it for, so she hung up on me.

My wife and I looked all over for a unique "vintage" style engagement ring. We went to Jareds, and down town jewelry district and couldnt find much. We heard that Libertyville had a few jewelers and we live in Lake Bluff so thought we would give it a shot. We had to get buzzed in the store so we felt safe and secure met with a sale associate who had about 5 vintage style rings in the case that my wife loved, and then he brought out about 7 more that were even better more unique stuff we havent seen anywhere and the best price were the prices they were within where I wanted to be. I didnt buy the ring on the spot because I was with my GF but jut made an appointment to go in tomorrow and purchase. The ring will cost me about $4k, but far better than any other store we went to and I like that they make it so it wont be found anywhere else. Thank you Pompeii3!!

Overall great experience and product. I called and spoke with someone named Chris who helped me with a halo diamond ring. He answered all of my questions and even said he would personally check out the ring before it shipped to ensure it was perfect. He went out of his way for me to make sure I was happy. I was so happy with the product I actually sent him a wedding gift. It was least I could do since he saved me $100's of dollars from going to any other box jewelry store.

My fiancé purchased a ring from them on Ebay in January. The first issue we had was that they sent an empty box a couple days before he planned the proposal. He called them to figure out what was happened - they said they 'didn't know' and would have to make a new one...we eventually got the ring.



Now, 3 months later one of the stones fell out. We contacted them via email and they said we could send it back to have the stone replaced. We followed up with them after delivery confirmation had confirmed the ring had been delivered. They said they would let us know something in a couple days. They didnt.. instead they send us an invoice for the full balance of the ring saying 'we never paid for it'. Why would they ship it out if we didn't pay for it?? Just another example to show how RIDICULOUS they are!!!



Bottom line, the ring was OK for the price - you get what you pay for..but their customer service is the WORST!!! They are not helpful and don't care. They are not BBB accredited and they have a rating of C-.

If we could go back and do it all over, we would NEVER EVER buy from them.
