        NEVER RENT FROM LANDMARK! N

        I will NEVER rent from landmark in liberal ever again, or ever buy a house through them!! They are liars, go back on their word, rude! I rented from them and the sewage system backed up into the basement, called them and plumber came said they have been doing this same house for a few years! Than they didn't even call to get the water cleaned up. There was mold everywhere! They told us we didn't need to pay last month rent so we didn't. When we got our deposit paper in the mail, they were not going to give us our deposit back. They charged us rent and clean up and paint from the water damage. We are now doing legal matters against them. DO NOT RENT FROM LANDMARK IN LIBERAL. Don't buy a house either they paint over mold and not fix anything. They deserve no stars. But yellow page is making me
