        Oakleaf Village of Lexington is an assisted living community managed by Royal Senior Care and located next to Lexington Middle School, near beautiful Lake Murray in the Midlands of South Carolina. We provide amenities and services which enable you to be as independent as possible, in a safe, beautiful, hotel-like setting. Our professional caregiving staff is here 24/7 to offer assistance. Our basic services include, but are not limited to: Three meals each day in our dining room, administration of your medications, weekly laundry and housekeeping services, and routine safety checks. Advanced services can include, but are not limited to: Assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming, mobility assistance, incontinence care, bedtime assistance, and monitoring of unstable medical conditions. Each private apartment has a kitchenette, private bathroom, Time Warner Cable and the option of a private phone line and personal security pendant. We offer weekly shopping trips and outings to local events and sites. Our Theater is a great place to watch a good movie or sporting event. FOX Rehab provides in-house therapy which is covered by Medicare Part B.

        My mother has lived at Oakleaf...

        My mother has lived at Oakleaf since January; all of the staff go above and beyond what is expected; Oakleaf was recommended to us by a dear friend whose mother lived there for years. I cannot say enough things about Oakleaf! Thank you!

        My father has been at Oakleaf ...

        My father has been at Oakleaf Village of Lexington in the dementia unit for 3 years. I have been very happy with the care that he has received. The atmosphere is calm and esthetically pleasing, and the staff, attentive and concerned. I would definitely recommend Oakleaf Village to anyone in need of assisted living.
