Gene Love Contracting

Had a plumbing  emergency  tonight...downstairs toilet  suddenly started backing up and overflowing water flooding  our bathroom.



Called the 24hr emergency  number listed on the website 808-7813. 



Man answered  said "gene love plumbing"...explained our emergency. .he asked where we live in Lexington. ..told him our persimmon  grove subdivision. .said he didn't  know  where  in Lexington  that  was. ..told him where....he then  said  I would  have to  call  someone else and HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME!!!!.....what an insult. ..gene love plumbing  shouldn't  have  an emergency  call  number  if that is the  treatment you receive!!!...be sure to let everyone  know  not to  call gene love in an emergency. 



What a joke!!!!...whoever  was on call  who answered the  phone. ...you  are an INSULT to those in an emergency  need!!!!!!

These guys are the very best around the Midlands area.



We had a sewer backup problem and could not flush our toilets on Superbowl Sunday. We called several other plumbers and nobody would come out because they all wanted to watch the footbal game instead.



After discussing our plumbing problem and lack of response to a neighbor, he suggested that we call the REAL Gene Love plumbing company, known as Gene Love Contracting. The showed up less than 30 minutes after I called them (still on Superbowl Sunday), fixed our problem right away and didn't even charge us extra for weekend emergency service, even though we expected that to occur.



These guys are the VERY BEST and are the "REAL" Gene Love in this area. Don't waste time on others, these folks ROCK!
