We founded the company with the idea of serving the highest quality and most unique pizza's possible. Each pizza begins with our fresh dough that is made daily, we then add only the highest quality ingredients: including our homemade pizza sauce, quality cheeses, lean meats and fresh vegetables. There is a big difference between the big chains and the independent pizzeria and you can taste that difference right here at West coast Gourmet Pizza! The difference is the quality of the pizzas we serve. you see, we've pledged to always use the very best ingredients in all our pizzas. The Finest cheeses, variety of meats and fresh cut vegetables, Dough that's made fresh daily and the finest sauces. When we opened our doors in 1999, We quickly learned how difficult it can be to manage a restaurant so concerned with quality, but we worked hard and accepted nothing less than the best from our food, our employees and ourselves. We began to realize that we were doing things right when our customers started coming back with great compliments about our food and our service.
