Great custom garage doors!

They werenew garage doors we are goign to build, quick and efficient!

I called another garage door comapny in town. They advertise same day service, but I had to wait all day for them and then they called to reschedule for the next day. I call Overhead the next morning. They gave me a two hour window when they would be there that day, and they were! Fixed the door and it works great. To top it off I was charged less than the other comapny would have charged me.

GOOD LUCK in getting these folks to come out & give you a quote. Wonder if they meet appointments w- folks living in known posh areas? We own our home in a nice older neighborhood, but there's no $250K plus homes nearby. We wanted an overhead door of the exact type they advertise & display at the local home & garden show, where we visited for 3 yrs running & they were friendly & answered some Q's. Later, we called & set up an appointment. No one came or phoned, so we re-scheduled. Again they were a "no show" without phoning. I lost track of how many times these folks scheduled a time to meet & look at our garage. They never did & they never phoned as to why. After taking off work so many times to meet as scheduled with one of their reps, we gave up. 2 stars ONLY because of the type doors displayed at previous years local home & garden shows & the friendliness of the guys there. In truth, I can't say for a fact if they actually do anything more than display at the shows!

Great Service! They came the same day I called and fix the door.
