I have been trying since September 2012 to straighten out my subscription problem. I have sent hard copies of my cancelled check to the business office.... noone ever saw it. I faxed copies of my cancelled check via fax..... Noone responded.
The carrier I had at the beginning of 2012 cashed my check and did not pay the Herald Leader.
I still owe the Herald Leader for service January 2013-February 2, 2013.
I will have my attorney deal with this next. Please respond.
