Horrible service.

Horrible service.

I made sure to schedule an appointment before going in because like most people I don't have time to sit around and wait. However when I went in, I was told to take a seat because the hairdresser that was supposed to do my hair was busy with another client. I waited 20 minutes before going up to her and asking how much longer she's gonna take. I was told it will be another 6 to 8 minutes. Needless to say I left right as she said that, very annoyed.

I understand that for hair salons scheduling isn't very easy. But it is common courtesy to let someone you have an appointment with know if you are going to be late. No one there seemed to care that I was waiting.

I can't say anything about how well they do hair because I am definitely never going there again.
