Staff was very courteous and hotel was clean. The in-hotel restaurant has been revamped recently and seemed a bit over priced for dinner. Lunch was great though. My biggest problem with the facility that made it a 3 star experience was the unbelievable lack of WiFi in rooms and conference area. As a Platinum rewards member I travel quite a bit and most hotels have free or paid WiFi in the rooms, it is expected in 2011 I feel. But not this hotel I was very surprised that WiFi was not available. I also was disappointed in the poor hours of the snack shop and empty snack machines on my floor. Small things but it degrades your overall experience.
