AT&T

I have been a good, reliable customer with AT&T for many years. I have visited many of their locations and this is the first time I have ever come out angry enough to consider switching carriers. Instead of wanting to provide customer service, they were unwilling to listen or even try to work with me. The ironic part is the changes I was making to my account was going to make them more money.

I felt very unwelcomed at this particular store, as though I were a nuisance instead of a paying customer. I will be going to a different branch from now on, even though it's a longer drive.
