Smoke And Vapor

I've been going to Smoke And Vapor since they've opened. The staff is always friendly and knows their products. Sam and Megan are two of my favorite employees at this location! They always greet with me a happy smile, casual conversation, and treat me as if I were a friend they know outside of work. I can walk in and these two whether together or alone know exactly the flavor e-liquid I'm seeking. If I want to try something new and unheard of, they work with me on creating new flavors. I love this shop, I refuse to go anywhere else!

Vape shop has the best variety and the best selection of liquids in town

I normally shop there for all of my vapor needs, but never again. I bought a large battery last week, and it just stopped working all of a sudden yesterday. I took my receipt and the battery to the store for an exchange and the guy told me... exact words "we can't exchange it because its not our fault that it broke". Ok. I didn't say it was their fault but it was not my fault either. I barely used the battery during the 7 days that it was working, and it was not dropped, mishandled, or damaged by me in any way. He then goes on to say that "somebody dropped it". Absolutely horrible customer service. He suggested I come back to the store and have their technician look at it for $10. He didn't even offer that for free! There are vapor shops all over this area, and I will definitely be finding a new one for my business.

I travel from Greenville (1.5 hrs) to come here for my flavors and coils. I have tried all the shops by me and in Tyler. Seems there is a problem with other shops getting the recipes right, get them home and it tastes nothing like the sample they had, but this shops flavors are always perfect. They also know what they are talking about. Wish they would open one by me, but until then I gave up on trying other shops.
