        SCAM!!!!

        Did a trade in with them and they never payed the truck off so we are stuck with paying on a truck they have possession of, but never paid for & we have called and called and they keep ignoring us and won't return our calls, on top of that.. We got yo-yo'd, told us we were financed for the right price then tried to take back the car if we didn't pay an extra 1,000 for the down payment because we didn't "initial a paper"... Such a rip off!

        Found out that the vehicle I bought from Pristine Motors really had 80000 more miles then what they had on the dash. Make sure you confirm the car history before you sign anything!! It will save your time and money.

Through this, we can learn and strive to meet and exceed our customers expectations as we take care of them through every step of the sales process and beyond!.Unfortunately in business, things come up that can leave a negative connotation in the customers mind and i believe this was the case pertaining to Ms. Rice's experience with Pristine Motors. We being a high volume dealership, strive to make sure every vehicle on our lot is rigorously inspected before being placed for sale. In this instance, all the information provided on the vehicle in question did not lead us (the dealership) to believe there were any variances in the mileage of the vehicle. We tried to make it right with Ms. Rice and offered to get her requalified in another vehicle comparable in price. Unfortunately the vehicle she was looking at was out of the approval range and i believe this is where the problem started. We have tried to make the situation right with Ms. Rice but unfortunately we were not able to reach an accord. I invite Ms. Rice and her family to come back to Pristine Motors and truly experience the service and quality of vehicles we provide on a daily basis to our customer family in Lewisville and the surrounding Metroplex Area.

        The best place to buy a car in lewisville.

        We went in to Pristine Motors on a saturday to buy my daughter a car for school and met Pascal witch he said he was the owner. Well he was very honest about his cars he showed us about 5 cars and was honest about what was wrong with them and what they needed what was minor stuff. We bought a car from him and it was fast and easy and he gave us the best deal we were shopping for 2 weeks. We recomend him if you need a good car and honesty about the car he is showing you.
