You should expect little in the way of assistance because the warhouse has a handful of employees. There are few deals to be had when you consider what your buying in terms of unit wieght(i.e. food) and brand names(i.e. the low end stuff). The store layout is horrible to shop through. The checkout lies are long since most registers are closed and the ones that are open move slowly. Their always hounding you to 'upgrade' your membership which means when most of the store members do, prices will go up to offset cash back bonuses. I graded my membership by canceling it.
