Mountain Acres RV Park and Campground

I checked in on July 3 and paid 3 nights. I was informed by family that we need to leave for my father's funeral memorial on July 5. Within the hour, I returned to office and informed them and she did mark me out of the campsite so someone else could rent it. On July 4, the office was closed. On the fifth, I was told that the owner was out and could not be reached. I left my contact number. I did not receive a response. On July 11, I called the office and again gave my information to the manager. Later I was called and told that under no circumstance would a refund would be issued. I cancelled my 3rd night the same day I booked it, the site was marked as open on their log, the change in my fathers funeral memorial was beyond my control and I feel the owner was unreasonable in not refunding the camping fee. Stayed here many times but never again. Do not stay here.
