        Totally poor service; schedule...

        Totally poor service; scheduled a brace fitting for me FIVE weeks following damaged knee ligaments, which was also a week AFTER my scheduled return appointment with my orthopedist. Said they had left a message on my phone last week, when I don't even have a message machine! Rude and condesending staff and manager.! Told me the price wasn't my concern, as my insurance would be paying.

        Proceed with caution.
