        My eyeglasses finally broke af...

        My eyeglasses finally broke after more than 10 years of use and it had been that long since I last had my eyes examined. However, when I tried to make an appointment with my original eye care center, I was told that there was a 4 week waiting period. I couldn't wait that long, so I called around a number of places trying to get a quick appointment without success until I contacted the Family Eye Health & Contact Lens Center. It was like a breath of fresh air! The receptionist was very cordial and directed me to Lori Braverman, who helped me set up a quick emergency appointment within a few days. After a very thorough exam by Dr. Mailhot, who was very professional and very informative, Lori helped me choose a modern, stylish frame from hundreds of designs. I was very surprised with the level of care and attention to detail that Lori took to make me feel confident of my choice of eye wear. I highly recommend this Eye Care center to anyone looking for that extra level of customer care. One more note...after a few weeks of wearing my new glasses, they needed adjustments. I was told to come in on the SAME DAY as I called and my new eyeglasses were adjusted! Now THAT's service!
