The entire team is AMAZING... from the instant messenger feature on website after hours/emergency line, the ladies in the office, the oil deliverer and the techs -- everyone was just so knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and professional. We felt everyone went above and beyond to get our heat repaired in a hurry. The techs took the time to explain how everything works and what they were doing. We will surely recommend you to all our friends and family!

Great Service, I have been with this company for over 10 years. I love that they know my name when I call in with an issue. If you want a good company that will stick by you through thick and thin, this is the company for you. PS. I am also on a budget and they do there very best for me.

I have been a J.C. Heating and Cooling Customer for over five years and as a whole they have probley been out to my house about 30 times. Now thats not for problems of course. I get my heating oil from them and also my annual service on my heater, hot water heater, humidifier, electric air cleaner and also a/c system.

J. C. Heating installed both systems heating and cooling and they work flawless. I have been told the most important day of a installation is the day its installed and im sure glad i went like JC cause it works great. When I call the office i am greeted with the warm and friendly voice of Lynda and she helps me with everything from paying bills to setting up apts. In the winter of 09 when there was 12inches of snow my mothers house had a heating problem. It was about 9:30pm and i simply told her to call JC. Even though she was not a JC customer they were there and had her system up and running by 1045. Now thats service for you. I mean the company is great and I could go on and on about them . I just hope that anyone reading this review understands that when it comes to value, experience, safety, skill, and quality J. C. Heating is the company you should Call. Thanks You J. C. Great Service was provide by JC Heating during this snow storm, only Comny that was willing to service my heater. Did a great job and Linda in the office was wonderfull. Thanks again

they came to my house did not fix my heater. They left my tenent without heat for 4 days and charged me 89 dollars for nothing
