        Overall

        Terrible customer service and bad business practices. Bought a battery for $233 that only lasted 10 months. They refused to replace it without charging me first. They gave me the run around. If you have other options don't do it.

        Arrived within 45 minutes to jump start my car. Great that I didn't have to wait a very long time because it's 9° out :-)
