i purchased two matching couches from art van furniture in MUSKEGON,MI IN 2013 FOR OUR FORMAL FAMILY ROOM WITHIN THE FIRST YEAR MOST OF THE STITCHING HAD COME UNDONE and they told me at the store there there was no warranty so i stitched it all back up by hand myself. now a few years latter we have company over one of my guests sat on one of the couches and there was a very loud crack and the whole inside frame if you wanna call it that cracked and broke letting all the spring work come apart so that the cusion ended up on the floor. naturally i never called the art van store i figured well if they wont repair the stitching they sure didnt want to look at whats left of my couch.ive done alot of business with this store a alot of the furnishings came from b Brohill furnitture. it looks as though the wood materials used to support the whole structure of the couch was put together with 3rd grade wood full of knotts and crappy glued together scrap wood and staples nothing anchored with screws just staples glue and for crap scrap wood im so discusted with this shoddy workmanship i will be sure to tell everyone i know about it and the store it came from!!!!
