Appalachian Tire & Auto

I have had a couple of repairs and a lot of service completed at Appalachian Tire over the past several years, and I have had good service and decent pricing on them all. Air Conditioner, Tires, Brakes, and general oil changes and maintenance have always been great.

They have worked on my two trucks and done me right I am a landscaper and there service to me was great

I'm not sure what most of the other people are talking about. I have been a customer with them for over four years now and not a single issue. The staff is more than happy to work you in, even if they are really busy.

They do not stand behind their work and cheat you out of your money, they are scam artists. Former employees talk about how they put recycled oil in customers cars then charge them extra for the other oil to make a profit.

They do not know what they are doing and will mess your car up worse than it was when you brought it in. Makeing problems for them to fix so you have to pay them even more.

They messed up my car and then expected me to pay for there mistakes. 600.00 is what they wanted to charge me for their mistake.

We' were passing through Lenoir and hit an object in the road that damaged the steering. Was referred here and they were great! Excellent work.

Don't use them, they will NOT stand behind their service work.
