        A patio was constructed for our home. It has a base color and a release color. In a couple of areas there is insufficient release color compared with the other parts of the patio. When I showed this to Mike, the owner of Budget Cement, he stated that the areas should look this way. When I showed him the spilled release color he initially stated that it should look this way and finally admitted that he did not work it into the base color. The patio, in round numbers, cost $4,000. My husband asked him to deduct $100.00 for the flaws and Mike refused to do it. .Mike does not care if you are dissatisfied with his work. He only cares about your money. If you need concrete go elsewhere.
