So disappointing!. Took pictures in to show what was wanted for a comic book themed birthday cake. It was awful! The decorations were crooked and off-center. The decorator used buttercream although fondant was requested. The cake was OK but not very flavorful. The enormous amount of buttercream cancelled out any flavor the dry layers might have had. And the price was exorbitant for a birthday cake. As wonderful as the donuts and kolaches at Bailey's are--that's how bad the cake was!

Bailey's is AWESOME! Their cakes are always super moist and the buttercream icing is devine! The service is always friendly and polite and they do their best to please even at the shortest of notices.

I would recommend them to anyone!

My mother used this bakery for my baby shower. The cake was pretty to look at, but that is where the compliments end!!! The cake itself was dry, and seemed to be old. It tasted as if it had been made previously and then frozen. It was not fresh. The shower was great, and the guests enjoyed themselves....no thanks to the cake. Save your time and money. Next time I will just get a cake from Wal-Mart; at least I know they will refund my money for a lousy cake!

The lady that makes the cakes is very rude and unconcerned with what YOU want. She acts very nice when you are ordering and putting up the money. Then when you pick up your cake for the day of the event, it is nothing you asked for. I asked specifically for red blue yellow and green on a cake I picked out of her book. She did the cake in orange black green and brown. It was my baby's 1st birthday. I left the place crying. All she had to say was oh well and she would refund some of my money.



Also a friend of mine ordered her wedding cake from her and it was nothing that she asked for. Once again she said

"Oh Well".....The bride also left in tears.



Please save your time and energy and go some place else!
