My wife and I came on New Years Day looking to buy a new Toyota Sienna. Andrew took us on a test drive and then we negotiated the sale price. Andrew was very friendly and polite through the whole process. I never felt pressured. The bargaining was very cordial. Andrew also helped with the transfer of items from our trade in to the new car which was helpful on a cold day. He also helped put in new floor mats the next day when I had to go back to give a check. He also followed up a few days later to see if everything was ok and if we had any questions that he could help with. Thanks Andrew.

Bryant Tate was a pleasure to work with. From the moment we met Bryant, we felt at ease and not pressured. He was very patient and extremely knowledgable about the Highlander and all of its features. He has fantastic customer service skills, very friendly and an excellent representative for Toyota and his dealership. After we left the dealership, he followed up with us to see if we had any other questions and to see if there was anything else he could do for us. When I contacted him to let him know we were interested in purchasing the car, he did his best to get the price of the car to match our budget. Bryant was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and very upfront with all of the costs associated with the car. We really appreciated that because many dealerships would not give us the breakdown on the costs of the car. Once we agreed on the price, Bryant did everything to make the process smooth and quick. He was able to get everything processed and the car ready in a very short time period. Mike, in the fiancé department, handled our paperwork quickly and professionally. This car buying experience was the easiest we have ever experienced and when we need another car- we will be sure to contact Bryant and refer our friends and family to him.

The staff at AutoNation were a dream to work with. Amanda handled my test drive and sale. Her easy going and jovial demeanor allowed me to feel relaxed and created one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had.
