Naples Dental Service

Our office purchased a dental chair, light, stools, Dr and assistant chairs and x-ray unit from this company. The owner, Mark, did not want to go through e-bay or pay pal, and I now know why. He did deliver 75 percent of the items, and stated that the other items are on their way. This is a total lie. We have tried to call him using different phones, and numerous times, but no response. If you chose to use this company go through a source that can pull the payment, or just simply do not do business. They do not know customer service, and or how to keep their end of the agreement.

Simply put, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. The owner, mark, is in way over his head. He will take your money then deliver something to you that is far different then promised. I purchased 4 chairs from Mark 2 years ago, the first chair went fine, not perfect. Then the last 3 chairs was a nightmare, color was wrong, didn't work properly and never recieved the final chair. Mark has agreed to pay me back the money for the last chair, and has paid some of it back, but not all of it. When you try to get a hold of him, you get voicemail. I am on my two year anniversary when I paid him 32,000$, from start to finish a complete circus, and now I am sitting without a chair and without my money. I have called the police and I will be taking legal action against mark and his company. The only reason I gave 1 star, 0 star was not an option.

Our office purchased a used dental chair with stools, handpiece, wall mount light and curing light from this business, and only half of the promised items were shipped. The chair didn't even have any upholstery! We rejected the shipment, with the understanding from them that they would refund the full amount. The seller has refused to return the shipper's calls in order to follow through with the refund. The shipper is now sending a legal notice and we are now contimplating legal action ourselves to get our money back. They have been unprofessional frauds and should be put out of business!!!

Our office does not recommend doing any business with this company. We purchased used equipment for our clinic. We were promised service on the equipment if anything went wrong once installed. It has been a hassle dealing with these people. We have been calling the number listed to speak to someone and it just rings and rings with no option to leave a voicemail. We have sent numerous emails regarding our concerns only to get the run around from them. They do not hold up their agreements and once the equipment is sold and installed, they basically forget about you. They have no clue what customer satisfaction means. THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTIES!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!
