Comcast Communications

to whom may concern i still dispute the charge from Comcast i only had service for 10 days i close the service before the month end where their policy is 30 DAYS money back warranty ,Start Service 9/10/11 and turn off service 9/20/11

i send complain to Tallahassee , the gay on the phone said you no want to do that

even the man came take the modem said i should no pay nothing ,and he said Comcast are a Bunch of Crook ,on Facebook i gone place all this bad review ,all the world have to read , you have to send me the Bill with Zero balance



their service was no good they made me wait home for technician to come do the work never show up

and they send me to collection agency for the service i never had

Comcast is the absolute worst! I can't even begin to expain how horrible they are. IF and when you get someone on the phone, no one can ever give the same answer as the last person. Your bill is never the same, opps! they always forget to charge the promotional price they offered to suck you into using their services.

But what's the point of complaining.......they have a captive audience so they will never change, or should I say, they will never get better.........they may change but I'm sure it will be for the worst.

I dialed the local office's number and received a busy signal. Checked the number, called again, busy... called the 1800 number, spoke with a rep who gave me another number to call. Called the number "This line has been disconnected". Called back to the 1800 number, and the recording stated "We are unable to connect you with a service representative due to the over whelming amount of calls. Please call back again later *click*"
