Bill Bryan Subaru

I found a very nice car listed for a decent price, reached out, and worked with the dealership to arrange a deal with trade. I'm already financed, so it should have been a pretty painless process.



Which I will admit, it was going very smoothly until I received an email from the dealership stating "Good news! We just lowered the price!". When I replied to the email asking the price, I was told it was an error.



When I check the website, the vehicle is listed for $100 lower than the NEGOTIATED price. They made attempts to convince me that my price was the best deal they could do, they're giving it away, etc.



I understand their intent is to take as much money from me as possible, but to blatantly think I'm an idiot, and to tell me how great of a deal I'm getting is just disrespectful.



Buyer beware. When buying a car from them, wait a week or two and see if they lower the price.



This is the most difficult experience I've had trying to purchase a vehicle -- and I'm already financed!

Michael knew what features I wanted in a car and he called me and said "your car just came in" and it was indeed the perfect car for me--exactly what I wanted. The buying process was easy and he did a great job showing me how everything works. I really love my car!
