Staples

Was there to look at laptops. Went over to the area where the computers are located in the store. I as I was looking at one I bumped the alarm and needless to say, set of off. I stayed standing there so it didn't look as though I was trying to steel it by running off. Out of the 6 or so employees standing around, not a single person came running over. The alarm went off for a full 5 minutes before someone even walked passed the area. Took their time to get the key. Once they had the key and come back to the area did two other employees walk over to assist in getting the alarm turned off. THEN they all walked away. No one asked if we need help or had any questions. They all went about their conversations before being interrupted by the alarm going off and who was getting a new cell phone and whatever else it was they were talking about. Person at checkout clearly seen us standing there as well. As we walked out after obviously not making a purchase, chashier told us to have a good night. That's great customer service...NOT!

This place USED to be the best ..now ..I've had to make 3 trips over 24 hrs. just to get a coupla' copies on parchment paper (!) What's so hard about opening a copier and putting in a coupla' pieces of custom paper ??!??... . . . . . ..THEY SAID TO ME -smiling - THAT THEY "DON'T HAVE TO CARE BECAUSE THERE IS NOWHERE ELSE TOP GO IN LEBANON."..AND THAT WAS A MANAGER !!! I don't have time to give bad reviews but ..THIS...is...Unbelievably bad service....!
