My family and I have used Mark numerous times...and will continue to! He us upfront, honest and knows exactly what he is doing. I like to refer to him as the quite giant. He doesn't say much or come on strong because all he has knows when to sit back and let the other party do there own damage. Very intelligent and knows his stuff. A++++++

I have used Mr. Bogen’s services for a child custody issue and for estate planning. I have never been disappointed; he gave me more than my money’s worth. He is a well respected member of local government and I believe he is limited to civil issues. He is a man of integrity and will represent you as such. If he gives you advice you can take it to the bank. He won’t promise you anything he can’t deliver. He is an “honest person’s” attorney. If your case isn’t above board, I doubt he would agree to take your case. If he does take your case, you will get great representation. He will not compromise his good reputation or ask you to for the sake of greed. He will fight for what is right and reasonable. Call him if you are on the right side of the law and are looking for a respectable attorney to look out for your interests with integrity. Look elsewhere if you are looking for a sleazy attorney to take advantage of the law and who operates on greed.
