I cannot say enough positive things about everyone here!! I'm new to the area and needed a place to work on my wedding dress that I bought, online, without trying on or seeing in person. After all the good reviews I read, and asking around, ETC Bridal was the only place i would have gone. Everyone was SO nice and helpful, and the seamstress is simply amazing. My dress now looks and feels like it was made for me, and you'd never know it was ever altered.
They also worked on my fiance's jacket, that we got last minute. That went perfectly as well!!
Thank you for all the personal touches, thank you for going above and beyond, and thank you all for being so amazing.

My daughters and I had so much fun. Every dress she brought fourth was right on the mark in fit and the style we were looking for. I can honestly say it has never been so easy to not only find a great dress but we laughed so much it is something we will definitely remember. Trust me when I say things don't usually turn out this well for us especially in a short amount of time. Buying dresses can be such a chore!! But not this time. Thank you so much Mychelle!

I originally went to Etc. my senior year for my prom dress and the other day on my lunch break I decided to go look around for a wedding dress. Angela was more than willing to help and together we found the PERFECT wedding gown, I am so thankful for the great staff that actually cares and are not pushy! and HONEST! Plus their prices are fantastic!! I highly recommend them to anyone!!

All I can say is thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Mychelle and her mom are miracle workers and I walked out last weekend with the wedding dress of my dreams. If you are a "not so skinny bride" looking for a dress to die for you HAVE to go to ETC Bridal. I was actually dreading the "wedding dress" experience because I didn't think I would find anything to try on in my size, but to my surprise ETC had several different styles and types that I could try on and I enjoyed the experience more than I ever dreamed. Thank you for making me feel beautiful and going above and beyond to make the dress exactly how I saw it in my dreams.

I have never been to a business so welcome and friendly! Etc helped me with my tux for prom this year! It was very affordable and the service was awesome! They want whats best for you and they go out of their way to make you satisfied! My tux fit perfect! Thanks ETC! See you next prom!

Mychelle, Liz and Angela are the funniest people I've ever met! I was in a rush to get a prom dress and they helped me every step of the way! Also what amazed me was how fast my alterations were finished! Their prices were affordable and their service was fantastic! The ladies at etc are professional, knowledgeable and so kind! They not only helped dress me beautifully for my wedding they helped me pull off a great celebration! I recommend Etc. to all of my friends!

They always provide great service, for prom or wedding. We have used them for years. Just recently used them for Lebanon Prom 2013 and received awesome service. Very pleased, highly recommended, you won't be disappointed. ETC rocks!!!

It was a great experience, the service was great and I got the tux that I wanted. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The employees helped me very quickly and did not waste any time. Although they were busy they got everyone in and out of there as quickly as they could. Thank You.

I've heard great things about Etc Bridal, so I decided to check it out for a prom dress. Needless to say, my experience was less than satisfying. Upon walking into the shop, I was greeted by a smell of smoke (which was not only bad for my asthma, but the smell lingered on the dresses), and was NOT greeted by the staff (who approached five or so minutes later, and were severely underdressed). The selection of prom attire was limited to six racks, one of which was a plus sized. One of the plus-sized dresses was originally a smaller size, but they had added a piece of fabric to the back to make it larger. Also, I wasn't allowed to try on a dress because of the "wear and tear" I would cause on it.



My advice - do not shop at Etc Bridal. I was extremely disgusted with the service and attitude of the employees.

The ladies at ETC Bridal are wonderful. They're very inviting and aim to please no matter what you are looking for. You are not just another SALE but rather you are a person or friend they are helping to find the perfect dress. After looking at other shops in the area including those in Lebanon and Springfield, ETC Bridal is by far the best when it comes to price, hospitality, helpfulness, and knowledge of products. I would recommend ETC Bridal to everyone.

Mychelle was so so helpful. I had gone to 4 other shops and they all made me feel bad asking to try on other dresses and were all kind of stuck up. Mychelle was great, i tried on a total of nine dresses and she made each one so much fun, and then i said something about how i am going to be wearing a bird cage and she went and got one right away with some jewelry for me to try on and it really helped me to see the whole picture. She was so patient and just felt like a friend with me, and encouraging me. I am in awe of how much i enjoyed it...and i actually found a wedding dress for an amazing price! Thank you so much!

These people were so good to me when I was looking for a wedding dress. They have awesome service and wide selection of dresses. I would recommend them to anyone!

We are going through etc for tuxedos and the girls there are so nice. They're very affordable and have the same things as other places in town but cheaper. I love it.

After shopping lots of other businesses we finally found Etc. Bridal. We were treated with respect, like we were family. The prices and selection was exceptional and we even got a great price on a photographer and the officiant to preform the wedding. I am impressed and thankful. Would recommend Etc. Bridal to everyone.

This place & the people who run it are absolutely awesome! Mychelle performed my wedding...she just had to do mine after I met her doing a friend's wedding. When my daughter and son-in-law decided at the last minute, they didn't hesitate to help us. We also bought my daughter's prom dress there, which was very reasonably priced! I will recommend them to anyone I know about to get married or go to prom! They are a great family that make you feel a part of their family and will do all they can to make your day special!!!
