I received a wilting, petals missing, spots on the flowers & pitiful flower arrangement on 2/10/16 so I added water in hopes that it might look better today 2/11/16 but it looked worse . So I called them and explained the situation and she(never would give me her name) asked me to send some pictures so I did. I received a reply back that was less than satisfactory .

Hi Debbie,

After having your flower pictures looked at by some of our designer's they said that some of the flowers may have gotten a little pulled out of the vase and that is why the ones that are near the top of the vase look wilty, you may just need to push them into the vase a little more and add some water. Thank you

So after purchasing a flower arrangement for $54.98 with delivery , I could have picked up a $9.99 bouquet at Hy-Vee and put it in a vase and it would be prettier, not wilted and just as big. So moral of the story is...Don't buy from the Leawood, KS.
