  Overpacked similar to Picture People. We always make an appointment but never NEVER are we called at that time. We had an appt. for 6pm. There we were 5:45 waiting ready, primped, clean and collected.... we WAITED until 6:45pm to just be called back to the room, then we took about 30 pictures...fast and then had to wait about 10 minutes to go into the second room. Then we waited about 5 more... read more minutes to view the pictures and let me tell you. They don't hire photographers only they hired sales "pushers". I was very upset with the wait and the fact we were there until 8:00pm waiting and then they tell us the printer was broken and we wouldn't be able to get our pictures until Tuesday...
  
  Waited over 2 hours and no pictures, cranky tired daughters and spent $85 dollars. ONLY SO I CAN HAVE FAMILY PHOTOS!! UGH! Next time, I will just go to JCPenney like I did before! Thanks but no thanks!

  My son usually does horrible when I go to get his pictures taken, however, recently I decided to try... read more act like she was throwing the ball at my son and he would smile so big. They take about 70 pictures. You then sit down at a huge computer screen and decide what you want. We were able to get four different poses and not have to pay too much. There were no hidden costs. I would highly recommend Portrait Innovations to anyone. You also receive your pictures within about 20 minutes.

  I don't get my kids pictures taken professionally very often because it usually ends up being a big nightmare. Well, last week I finally decided to go to a new studio in town that several of my friends were impressed with. Let me tell you... I love this place! They took over 100 pictures, there is no sitting fee and you can have as many clothes changes and people in the pictures as... read more you want. The photographers are professional and did a fantastic job of capturing the true personalites of my kids.I was able to get so many pictures, different poses and packages and really spent just a little bit of money.The price is right, the people are fantastic and you get your pictures back within an hour!!
