        Overall

        Installed a toilet for us. Showed up, did a great job. I'd call them again and would recommend them.

        Do not use this company-use Leavenworth Plumbing instead

        We called this place on a Tuesday to schedule a non-emergency plumbing job. Was told they would not get out to the house until Friday. No problem...except that it's now the following Wednesday (8 days later) and they still haven't shown up. They haven't called to update us, and they don't answer their phone. Disgraceful customer service!



        Call Leavenworth Plumbing instead. We called them this morning and they came out within 4 hours.
