I have never encountered a more disorganized office. The prices are outrageous and the very large staff and extremely high turnover along with the fact that the doctor who runs this practice never seems to be in town make this the worst dental experience in my life. There was an incredible amount of personal judgment by both the staff and the doctors. If you intend to use this office and have ever once in your life suffered from any depression, be prepared to be severely judged and treated as a second class citizen. I would not allow this office to work on my dog's teeth much less mine. Normal cavities were intentionally overlooked because they only want you to be in the chair for implants. They prefer to wait until those cavities rot your tooth out of your head so that they can then tell you that you need to spend 10's of thousands of dollars to have bone grafts and implants..
The younger doctors in this office have absolutely no training when it comes to functionality of existing dental structure in your mouth. In other words, don't expect your teeth to fit together or to be able to eat unless you shell out thousands of dollars. In two years of trying to have my dental issues addressed they I saw six different doctors, none of whom coordinated with my prior treatments or followed through with requests for a less invasive solution to my dental issues.
In my opinion, a dentist should not degrade you as a human being or judge you for any reason unrelated to your dental needs. I was made to feel extremely discriminated against and would rather have every tooth in my head rot out before allowing these uncaring, minimally talented, judgmental and prejudiced "doctors" work on my teeth. I have taken my dental needs to another dentist who has since presented me with a reasonable, non invasive and comprehensive solution to my dental needs. Instead of having to pay over $20,000 and spend a year or more in recovery, I will spend less than three thousand dollars with a dentist who is interested in what is best for me, the patient.
