Sears Home Appliance Showroom

The store was great at taking my money but after the guys dropped my refrigerator and then I called the store. The manager promised me if any thing went wrong he would replace it no questions asked. Well only had it three months on the third service guy and ice maker isn't working, and freezer not cooling right. So I called that same manager yeah guess what he won't change it out,now my 2,000 I spent is worthless cause they won't honor their word. I even called the district manager guy was rude and told me he wasn't going to do anything but keep repairing it til the one year runs out hmm it's sad I have to have a fridge worked on three times still not fixed and only had for three months, was told Samsung was the best ..... Please do not waste your time here go somewhere else not worth dealing with them.
