I had a really odd problem with my dash vents not operating properly. They found the problem, they even sent me a 45 second video on what actually happend in side the dash and what they had to do to fix it. That video helped me understand what the heck they were talking about and it really went over well at my office. WOW, its definitely a new era

for the repair business. When I got to the shop they even showed me the parts. This was the very first time in over 30 years of having cars fixed that I actually understood what I was paying for. Great shop and they are no doubt setting new standards for their industry.

These guys are so cool, I walked in ready to debate them over what was going to fix my car (I worked my way through college as a mechanic) . It was like walking into to a retro-future world of auto repair. Old school techs with automotive PHDs, these guys looked down their glases at me and spewed nothing but the wisdom that can

only be gleaned from eons working in the indusrtry. Anyway what I thouhgt was going to be an epic repair turned out to be a simple reprogaming issue.

Over the last three months I have been to two dealers and a host of local shops. I have been trying to fix my check engine light problem and get a state inspection. I found Gulf Coast on the states website for certified emission repairs. Dropped

my car off at 8.00am, later that morning they called with an estimate, gave them the go-ahead, I picked up my car the next day. Its been over a month and no more check engine light and I now have a new state inspection sticker. Nice people, clean shop, did what they said and most importantly they FIXED IT!

It was more that I wanted to spend but I did not want to buy a new truck. Gulf Coast

made my truck run like it was brand new again, I smile every time I start it up!
