We had a membership with Massage & Serenity. On the occasions we were able to get an appointment, the massages were good, however the lack of ability to keep appointments became increasingly frustrating. We were canceled on more than 50% of the time (I kept a log of cancellations to verify the rate).
Their last move was unannounced and we quickly canceled our membership. We were told we would be refunded the amount of the previous month, however it actually took me disputing the prior 2 months with my credit card company and waiting nearly 60 days for their lack of response to my dispute for me to get my money refunded.
While I think the service itself is good, it's difficult to rate this company well given the amount of cancellations and difficulty we had getting in to actually receive the services we'd paid for in advance.
The overall office environment, while friendly, was unprofessional.
